Fantāsia del Bosco Atro

(Grand International Champion)

Every cat's owner believes to have a special cat. But Fantāsia really is a special cat.  Minute and refined, she is the absolute perfection in any way. She sleeps with her human mum, cuddled up to her body. She wakes her up in the morning putting her wet little nose upon her face. She talks and calls her when she thinks the attention on her has drawn away... She loves taking showers, travelling and playing with her bunny-friend, her rabbit doll in the flesh.

And she is wonderful. Majestic and sweet at the same time. As only the ones who live a fairy tale of endless love can be.

I have always had many cats. But one day I decided it was the time to have a first class cat. I write about cat breeds on a couple of magazines, thus I already knew what to pick. The options were a Ragdoll or a Sacred Cat of Burma, because I knew they are both sweet tempered and "human addict". I let the fate decide for me: the Ragdoll breeder I contacted did not have kittens at that moment. The Sacred Cats of Burma's Layla Rodolico did. She had two. Fantāsia was the smallest and the most undefended one. That's why I picked her. I went to get her in Rome by train and she travelled  all the way back to Milan on my lap, while the other passengers wondered how a two-month-old kitty could be so incredibly extraordinary.

She now is the queen of our house. And the apple of our eyes.
